Berry & White Chocolate Overnight Oats

Creamy, fruity & chocolatey!

This is such a nice breakfast treat!


I love oats, there is so much you can do with them and overnight oats are always a winner.


You can add protein powder to this recipe, vanilla or chocolate would work really well.


The tartness of the berries with the creamyness and sweetness of the chocolate is perfect.


Go give it a whirl and level up your breakfast game!



How do we do it?

A perfect breakfast treat.


Recipe - serves 1 | Cals c.400 (w.out protein powder)


Oats:

  • 40g Oats

  • 50g Plant Based Yoghurt

  • 100ml Almond Milk

  • Sprinkle Chia Seeds

  • 60g Frozen Mixed Berries

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (optional)

Chocolate Cream Top:

  • 10g-20g White Vegan Chocolate

  • 1Tbsp Plant Based Yoghurt


Method

1. In a bowl mix all ingredients for the 'oats' together, stirring well.


2. Pour into a glass or ramekin.


3. Next, in a separate bowl melt your chocolate then mix into the yoghurt.


4. Spoon this on top of the oat mixture and spread evenly.


5. Place in the fridge over night then enjoy this delicious breakfast!


6. Top with your favourite fruits!
