Super easy, sweet treat!

These are a really nice and simple little treat to get a nice chocolate hit with some extra flavours!
You can pretty much use whatever toppings you like, so get creative and make some lovely combinations.
So grab your favourite chocolate and toppings and let's go!
How do we do it?
These are great if you need that instant sweet hit. They take no time at all to make and you can use whichever toppings you have available!
Recipe - makes around 12 rounds
300g Vegan Chocolate
Nuts
Dried Fruits
Coconut
Nut Butter
Ginger
Orange Zest
Lemon Zest
Rock Salt
Any other toppings of choice!

Method
1. Melt your chocolate on a low heat.
2. Put a sheet of baking paper on a tray/board/plate. Something that will fit in your fridge/freezer!
3. Once the chocolate has melted, take a tablespoon at a time and spoon onto the baking paper. Use the back of the spoon to create a round, disc like shape with your chocolate.
4. Continue to create rounds until you have used up all your chocolate.
5. Decorate your rounds with toppings of your choice.
6. Refrigerate or freeze until solid.
7. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator ready for snacking!

Tips
Melt your chocolate on a low heat so that it does not start to thicken into a paste. I usually put my chocolate in a glass bowl over some boiling water on the hob.
You can still make the rounds if the chocolate thickens though so all is not lost...mine actually went very thick this time around!
Make the rounds as large or small, thin or thick as you like and use your favourite toppings to decorate.
I get loads of my ingredients from Buy Wholefoods Online check them out as they have such a range of products at great prices.
