Phew! That's a long title but it's bloody tasty.

I love the combination of sundried tomatos and basil. I also love hummus and butter beans so why not combine these all together and hope for the best?
Well it is the bloody best! These flavours are amazing. I put 2 garlic cloves in because I'm obsessed with garlic. But if you don't want burny garlic mouth or to kill everything in site every time you breathe, then one is definitely enough.
How do we do it?
You're going to be spooning this one from the jar!
Recipe
3 Tbsp Tahini
1/2 Lemon Juice
1-2 Garlic Clove
1 Can Butter Beans
Handful Fresh Basil
3 Sundried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil or Sprinkle of water (if needed)

Method
1. Put tahini and garlic in a blender/food processor and blend well till smooth and well combined.
2. Next drain the butter beans and add to the mix. Blend well till smooth.
3. Add in basil and sundried tomatoes and again blend well until smooth.
4. If you feel the hummus is too thick add in 1 Tbsp of olive oil and blend well.
5. Keep adding olive oil or water until you get your desired consistency.

Tips
Feel free to increase the quantities of basil and sundried tomatoes, I made this to my own personal taste.
Blend really well to get a nice smooth consistency!
You can of course to add a pinch of salt to taste, I just prefer not to add salt to a majoity of my recipes.
Butterbeans are supersoft so I didn't feel the need to add any oil or water to my hummus, I also like it quite thick but make it to your liking!
