Raspberry Truffle Overnignt Oats

Protein packed and full of intense flavour!


Overnight oats are just the best, tastiest and creamiest breakfast!


I love this raspberry truffle protein powder, it is incredible! But if you can't get your hands on it use chocolate and add extra raspberries!


Let's get making some delicious, protein packed breakfast!




How do we do it?

Super easy, nutritious and delicious!


Recipe - Serves 1 | c. 430 Cal

  • 30g Oats (can use GF)

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 Scoops Arbonne Raspberry Truffle Protein (chocolate will also work)

  • 2 Tbsp Plant Based Yoghurt

  • 100ml Plant Based Milk

  • 2-3 Tbsp Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Topping

  • 20g Dark Chocolate

  • 20g Plant Based Yoghurt

  • Raspberries to garnish


Method

1. Mix all ingredients for the oats in a bowl unti lwell combined. Decant into a glass or ramekin and refrigerate.


2. Next, melt the chocolate in a bowl and stir in the yoghurt until creamy and combined. Pour this over your oat mixture and place back in the refrigerator overnight.


3. Remove from refrigerator, top with raspberries and enjoy!







Tips

I get loads of my ingredients from Buy Wholefoods Online check them out as they have such a range of products at great prices.


I also get all my protein from Arbonne because the flavours are amazing, they blend so well, non grainy, vegan, cruelty free, they have over 20 added vitamins and minerals and don't contain any nasties. I've genuinely not found better out there.
