A tangy, tasty tomato salsa!

This homemade salsa is super easy and tastes really fresh.
You can whip this up in about 5 minutes and add it to so many dishes such as nachos, fajitas, salads, buritos or use as a dip with your favourite crisps!
Go give it a try...
How do we do it?
A bowl of fresh, tangy deliciousness! I didn't add any jalapenos as we aren't big fans of too much heat in our house, but I did sprinkle a few chilli flakes in. However, it is traditional to use them so if you like the heat then be sure to add some in.
Recipe - serves 2-3 | c.60 cal per serving
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Red Onion
Sprinkle Salt
Juice 1/2 Lime
1/2 Jalepeno (I used a sprinkle chilli flakes as an alternative)
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander

Method
1. Drain most of the juice from the tomatoes then pour into a bowl.
2. Crush and add the garlic cloves and finely chopped onion and stir well.
3. Crush the garlic cloves and add to the mixture stirring well.
4. Next sprinkle in salt, lime juice and chopped Jalapeno, stir well.
5. Roughly chop the coriander, stir through and serve!
6. Store in an airtight container and use within 2 days.

Tips
If you not a huge fan of spicy/hot foods then omit the jalapenos. I used a small sprinkle of chilli flakes to my taste instead.
